Sky Financial Corporation operating as The Mortgage Centre was established in August 1992 by Bill Harries and other associates. The company has expanded to 20 additional staff who, combined, offer more than 270 years of experience in the mortgage or real estate fields. Three other offices have have been opened since 1992, one in Fort McMurray, one in Saskatoon and one in Hinton.

As mortgage agents, our responsibility is to the borrower, not the lending institution. Our service is personalized and tailored to meet our client's needs. Mortgages are our expertise, we funded over $165 million in mortgages in 2005, therefore we have an indepth knowledge of the market and are very familiar with products offered by all leading lenders. Due to the volume of business generated by Morgage Centres across Canada, we are able to obtain discounted rates for our clients.

We specialize in 1st, 2nd mortgages, refinance in equity take out up to 100% (on approved credit) and commercial / business loans. Up to 1.30% discount (o.a.c.). Up to 6% Cash back. 100% Financing available on purchases must have excellent credit history.

We have access to over 35 lenders: banks, trust companies, credit unions, insurance companies, private investors, etc... We are members of the Better Business Bureau, Chamber of Commerce, Alberta Mortgage Brokers Association, Canadian Institute of Mortgage Brokers and Lenders, and Real Estate Council of Alberta.
